Summary:
Sempio, in collaboration with the Korean Language Promotion Foundation, hosted a cultural cooking program on July 4 for visiting U.S. education administrators. The event introduced the essence of Korean cuisine—fermented sauces and innovative K-sauces like “Yondu” and organic gochujang—followed by hands-on cooking of dishes such as geotjeori (fresh kimchi) and japchae using easy-to-use products like “Kimchi@Home” and “Japchae Sauce.” Participants enjoyed a variety of Korean dishes and were gifted Korean sauces to continue their experience back home. The Foundation noted that the program deepened participants’ understanding and appreciation of Korean culture, while Sempio reaffirmed its commitment to promoting Korean flavors globally.
