Develop & Publish Korean Language Textbooks, Workbooks, and Supplementary Teaching Materials

The Foundation has launched a new major book project which will produce a series of Korean language textbooks, workbooks and teachers' guides effective and appropriate for American middle and high school students in Korean language classes.

The textbook development committee consists of eight highly qualified and experienced middle and high school Korean language teachers. These books are being developed in accordance with national and most states' world language instructional standards.

The first textbook materials for Korean Level 1 published in August 2009, and Level 2 and Level 3 were published in March 2010 and November 2011 respectively.

Each level consists of a textbook, workbook, vocabulary booklet, and CDs. The series is expected to be adopted by many schools as the principal teaching materials in Korean language classes.

A multimedia material, Learning Korean through Music & Play with 2 DVD plus Music Book, was developed to help students to learn Korean through various songs and dance.
